THE MAGIC OF MOLTEN METAL –
Our Foundry is equipped with modern induction furnaces, sand mixing machines and monitoring equipment. Every melt has an individual chemical analysis and mechanical composition certificate.
ULTIMATE PRECISION –
CNC Mills and Lathes, Conventional manual equipment and CNC Robotic Milling all form part of the wide range of machining options and technologies we have at our disposal.
PERFECT GEOMETERY –
Adjustment and definition of hydrodynamic surfaces together with hand-polished cosmetic finishes are completed in our grinding workshop prior to final inspection.
SCIENCE AND ART JOIN TOGETHER –
TIG, GMAW and SMAW are processes that our welders use in the Fabrication department. All welds are ground and polished to a high standard.
FINAL PIECE IN THE JIGSAW –
Computerised MRI Scanning equipment, complete dimensional measurement reports, tensile strength and impact testing all form part of the vigorous controls we have in place as part of our QA protocol.
